1. Use of Services

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking.
• Ensure access to the location at the scheduled time.
• Store fragile or valuable items before the visit.
• Make the payment according to the agreed deadline.

Notice: We reserve the right to refuse services in unsanitary or unsafe conditions.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made after this period are subject to a fee of 50% of the service value.

3. Digital Communication

You authorize the sending of SMS and emails for confirmations and reminders. To opt-out of SMS, reply with STOP at any time.

4. Limitations and Damages

We are not responsible for pre-existing damages. Our team documents the condition of the property via photos for mutual security. Please report any incident within 24 hours.

5. Payments

We accept credit/debit cards, transfers, and cash. Late payments may result in fees and the interruption of recurring services.
